SAFETY PROTOCOL FOR COVID-19

Due to the recent outbreak of Covid-19 it is imperative that we maintain a safe environment for both our staff and our clients.  Our protocol is to perform a deep cleaning after every session.  Therefore, we are only booking one photoshoot per day.

On the day of your photoshoot, staff will wear masks, frequently sanitize their hands and maintain social distancing when applicable - throughout the session.  Upon completion of the session, the client will resume wearing a mask and sanitize their hands. 

 

RESCHEDULE IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:

 

If you are within 14 days of your session and you're experiencing any of the following symptoms ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Fever or chills

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Fatigue

  • Muscle or body aches

  • Headache

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion or runny nose

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Diarrhea

  • ​

This list does not include all possible symptoms. CDC will continue to update this list as we learn more about COVID-19.*

  • Or if you test positive for Covid-19 prior to your session

  • Or if you have been exposed to an individual/family member who is currently experiencing the symptoms mentioned above or confirmed to have tested positive for Covid-19

  • Or if your employer has been advised you to self quarantine or get tested

  • Or if you have been exposed to an individual/family member is experiencing symptoms of Covid-19

  • Or if a family member has been asked to self-quarantine 

 

If you test positive for Covid-19 with 14 days AFTER your session please contact us immediately.

To summarize, any level of exposure to Covid-19 must be communicated to us as soon as possible.

 

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

We already have a ONE-TIME rescheduling policy in place for waiving any cancellations fees. Life happens and some things just are out of our control (single mom here, so I get it).

 

Please note that there is no fee to reschedule your session.  

 

However, we reserve the right to request documentation to confirm a second cancellation.  If none is provided, we can apply standard cancellation policies.  Please refer to the contract terms and conditions.
